This kit is compatible with vehicles that use the 5.0L Coyote modular engine including the 2011+ Ford Mustang, Ford Shelby GT350, Ford Falcon, Ford F-150, etc. with OEM returnless or aftermarket return fuel systems. It also fits the Ford Racing Boss 302 Manifold. Each rail features a large 0.69" internal diameter bore to suit even the most fuel hungry engines. They are CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum, black anodized, and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. All ports are machined with 8AN ORB (3/4-16 female) threads. Adapter fittings can be found HERE. Like the OEM fuel rails, the injector bores are 14mm ID so factory injectors are permitted. Additionally, these rails have provisions for the factory injector clips, This kit is compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85. INCLUDED: 20-0333 Ford Coyote Fuel Rail Kit: -Black Anodized Laser Etched Aluminum Fuel Rails (x2) OPTIONAL: The plumbing kits allows for an OEM bolt-on affair. Unlike others on the market, the kit does not reuse the awkward 180 degree feed line and runs the fuel rails in series. Instead, this kit eliminates any unnecessary fuel hoses that route over the top of the engine preheating the fuel. It plumbs the fuel rails starting from the SAE quick disconnect fitting upstream near the firewall. The rails are ran in parallel for even fuel distribution with the use of our high flowing billet aluminum Y-adapter fitting. All hoses are high quality PTFE compatible will all fuel types including E85. Billet aluminum O-ring plugs are included for all unused ports. NOTE: If a fuel pressure gauge is required get the appropriate adapter. Fuel Pulse Damper(s) Do I need pulse dampers? The opening and closing of the injectors creates pressure pulses in the fuel rail, which can lead to unstable fuel pressure. In order to achieve a safe and consistent rail pressure, pulse damper(s) should be used (especially with high flow injectors). The internal diaphragm will absorb oscillation pulses and stabilize fuel pressure. This correction can be measured throughout the RPM range and can often help an erratic surging idle. Radium -8AN ORB Fuel Pulse Dampers can be used on any fuel rail port provided there is applicable space.
