Radium Engineering Top Feed Fuel Rail Conversion Kit, Nissan RB25DET

This Radium Engineering fuel rail kit is a direct bolt-on with the RB25DET (non NEO) engines originally found in the R33 Nissan Skyline GTS-T. It features a large 0.69" internal diameter bore to suit even the most fuel hungry engines. The Radium fuel rail converts the OEM side feed fuel injector setup to top feed allowing the use of high flow 14mm O-ring fuel injectors (not included). This kit is compatible with E85. The fuel rail has four 8AN ORB ports that can be used for fuel inlet, outlet or for plumbing option accessories. All unused ports must be plugged. The rail is extruded and CNC machined from solid 6063 aluminum and black anodized for a high quality surface finish. Fuel Injector Compatibility The kit includes 2 sets of phenolic spacers (shown above in the kit contents) to suit multiple height injectors. The spacers are machined from phenolic material and offer excellent resistance to heat transfer. Port Configuration The fuel rail has four -8AN ORB threaded ports. Two of the ports are located on the bottom. Use the options above to select the appropriate adapters for your specific application. Do I need a pulse damper (FPD)? The opening and closing of the injectors creates pressure pulses in the fuel rail, which can lead to unstable fuel pressure. In order to achieve a safe and consistent rail pressure, a pulse damper should be used (especially with high flow injectors). The internal diaphragm will absorb oscillation pulses and stabilize fuel pressure. Not sure what damper to use? Fuel Pressure Regulator Options Depending on the chassis and hood clearance, a Radium Direct Mount Regulator (DMR) may be used in one of the ports.
