aFe Power now offers a fully 5" Large Bore-HD exhaust race system for the 07.5-10 GM Diesel Trucks V8-6.6L Duramax. This race down-pipe back is now completely 5" from the factory down-pipe to the tip. Designed to outflow the factory exhaust by 300cfm this exhaust is constructed from durable 5" mandrel bent 409 stainless steel. Incorporating bayonet style hangers and band clamps for a hassle-free installation. All Large Bore-HD exhaust systems come with all the necessary hardware for a clean and simple installation comes with a high luster polished 304 SS tip.

Installation is a Snap:
Large Bore-HD exhaust systems utilize a 2-piece tailpipe design for a perfect fit by allowing adjustability at the tailpipe section. All systems use factory mounting locations providing stability and hassle-free installation.

Leak-Free Seal:
High quality OE style flange and band clamps are used for a complete 360 degree sealing surface.

Aggressive Sound:
A free-flowing 24" long muffler is used to absorb high pitch tones producing a powerful sound and unleashing all available horsepower and torque out of your rig.

Perfect Fit:
OE style bayonet hangers are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The Bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE style fit that does not change with time.

Flow and Performance:
Completely 5" from the factory down-pipe to the tip this 409 stainless steel mandrel bent tubing is engineered for maximum flow. Smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT's.
